Personal Data
As for January 29, 2022, the only Personal Data Application is collecting is your email address, if you deliberatly provide it via the “Contact Us” form. All other Personal Data you provide to the Application, including, but not limited to: food diary, biometric data, custom foods and recipes etc, are stored only on your device and are not collected.
Usage Data
Application is collecting non-personalized statistical information about how it’s being used. This includes, but is not limited to: some device data (like operating system or screen size), location data (country only) and usage data (which buttons are clicked, how long and how often ViCa is used).
This information is crucial to maintain application, improve stability and user experience.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
To contact You: To contact You by email or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

Automatic Data Collection and Analytics
We work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. This is done to improve stability and user experience of the Application. All usage data is anonymized and encrypted. Data collection is performed by Unity Engine (this app framework) and stored appropriately and securely.

Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Opt-out from non-personalized usage data collection: In the Application, navigate to Settings -> Privacy Policy. Click on “Open Data Privacy Page” and follow the instructions to manage your data.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
